If your e-mail address is not going to change, then there is no need to unsubscribe. What do I need to do?
If your account will be in vacation mode (sending a "I am on vacation" for every e-mail received), then you need to either unsubscribe or change the delivery mode from "e-mail" to "Web only". You may want to do this even otherwise unless you want to come back and find your Inbox full of unread posts. How do I change the e-mail address where I receive e-mails?
To change the e-mail address at which you receive the e-mails, log in/sign-in to the e-mail account where you currently receive e-mails. Unsubscribe from your old e-mail account. Then, log-in/sign-in to your new e-mail account and subscribe from there. Can I read the posts on the Web?

However, to do this, you will have to go to the YahooGroups website and register yourself using the same e-mail address where you receive the posts. Once you are registered, you will be able to see the mailing lists you are subscribed to. You can then change the delivery mode to whatever you like. The default option is "E-mail".Where can I read the previous posts? Can I post to the group?
