This ghazal is pedestrian compared to the other ghazals 
in the album. Or maybe I am missing something. Even the 
way Farida Khanum sings this is very different from the 
style of her other ghazals.

The 'taKhallus' (pen-name) of the poet is given as "Raza". 
I can only think of Raza Hamdani. Perhaps someone will be 
able to confirm or deny this.


jis tarah chaahe.n karam farmaayiye
dil me.n rahiye dard banate jaayiye

sochiye to husn kaafir kuchh nahii.n
dekhiye aur dekhate rah jaayiye

ho chukii taskiin kyuu.N samajhaayiye
aap ko jaanaa hai achchhaa jaayiye

un ke ghar aur sirf un ke ghar "Raza"
jaayiye aur bin bulaaye jaayiye


BTW, the poet of the earlier "unknown" ghazal 
("tum naGmaa-e-maah ho") is Behzad Lucknawi. 
The ghazal has also been sung by Talat Aziz.
