Word of the Day: 'shakiil'

Shakeel Badayuni, like Sahir, managed to successfully 
straddle the world of Urdu poetry and Indian films. His 
contribution to both are notable.

Meaning:
shakiil - handsome, beautiful

Couplet:
log un se ye kahate hai.n ki kitane hai.n shakiil aap
is husn ke sadaqe me.n meraa naam to aayaa

In the couplet quoted yesterday, the second 
line should be "dil hii dushman *hai*..." and 
not *hai.n*
